I did a tasting over the weekend with these two and 4 other sauces I made. These two were pretty closely tied for crowd favorites. 

One thing this sauce is good for is a base for BBQ sauce. Take some tomato sauce or ketchup, combine with brown sugar and apple cider vinegar over medium heat. Add my Smoke'n sauce to taste and you'll have a nice, smokey and spicy BBQ sauce.</description>
