What’s in your fridge?
We have our cabinet o’ sauces where we keep quite a few, open & unopened, hot sauces and other goodies that are pretty stable at room temperature. However, we’re also greeted with a wide variety of stuff that’s been hanging out in our fridge getting used a little at a time. Here’s some of the goodies we have and still use:
Torchbearer #42 – Slaughter Sauce
Torchbearer #37 – Tarnation Sauce
CaJohn’s Select Puree – Fatalii
CaJohn’s Select Puree – Habanero
CaJohn’s Select Puree – Chipotle
Crazy Jerry’s Mustard Gas
Scotty B’s Oblivion Hot Sauce prototype
Raspberries in Heat by Peppermaster
Dr. Gonzo’s Supermash
Flat Lime Medium Cilantro Salsa by Big Dawg Salsa
The question for our lovin’ public is…what sorts of stuff is hanging around in your fridge? Fess up and let everybody know what you’re using, even if it’s not your all-time faves.

Chuk,
Can’t wait to hear what you think about the Bottled Up Anger and Fatalii Fire! We’ll be posting a review of your Smokin’ Hot Sauce sometime soon!

I’m taking some vacation time this week. I have been recording an album in my studio so that’s been taking up most of my attention. Hopefully I’ll have some reviews and other stuff done soon!

I have many open bottles in my fridge, I have the old favorites, Blair’s Muerte and Melinda’s 4x, then there are the current favorites. I seem to go through fazes where I love a new sauce for a month then I find a new one and move on. Right now the current favorites are Hula Girl Red Jalapeno, Dr. Gonzo’s Supermash (problem with this stuff is you can easily go through a bottle in a day, I am on my second this week,it is soooo good!) Defcon defense condition 1 and Nando’s Extra Hot, which is great on an egg and cheese sandwich!

Hey Steve,
Is that “Hot Chocolate” the one made by CaJohn? We have a bottle of sauce called that, but we haven’t opened it just yet.
Also, how’s the Death Rain Nitro different than the regular habanero powder made by Blair?
Do tell!
