I have to agree with every part of your reviews, from my first taste of Peppermash (3+ years ago at Harpoon BBQ Festival) until now, I’ve never found another product that packs as much flavor in with the heat as Dr. Gonzo’s products. I have since graduated from the Peppermash to Supermash and occasionally the Habaneromash (when my tough-guy younger brother comes to town) and every one of his products has that combination of heat and amazing flavor dialed in perfectly. I put it in damn near everything I cook and on almost everything my girlfriend cooks because it is just as useful as an ingredient as it is as a condiment. I’ve told everyone I know about Dr. Gonzo’s stuff and hopefully now a bunch of people I don’t know through this post. Try it, you will be extremely impressed. P.S. I’ve got my hands on the One Hump Dry Rub #2 and tried it out, and it lives up to the Gonzo tradition. Keep up the good work Dr. G.! -Nat
