Passow Goes to Jamaican Hell

Ingredients: Hot Peppers, 5% Vinegar, Sugar, Stabilizer (clear gel), Ginger, Pimento, Cinnamon, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder.
A few months ago, one of my roommates went to Jamaica. Seeing how low the prices of things were, she picked me up some hot sauces one of which was Baronhall Farms Jamaican Hell Hot Pepper Concentrate.
The label states, “Warning! [...]

Review: Scotty B’s “Devil’s Drool”

Scotty B’s DEVIL’S DROOL

INGREDIENTS: vinegar, red habanero peppers, lemon juice, water, sea salt, garlic, cornstarch and spices.
DEVIL’S DROOL is not the most appetizing of names, but it is apt. This stuff is hot, hot, HOT! As a matter of fact this may be the hottest non-extract sauce I have ever had, including [...]

Review: Tejas Tears Habanero Chile Sauce

TEJAS TEARS HABANERO CHILE SAUCE
By SGT. Pepper’s Hot Sauce

Passow Throws Out Frank’s Red Hot

Ingredients: Aged Cayenne Red Peppers, Vinager, Water, Sant and Garlic Powder.

Jac’s Tailgaters is a small up and coming zesty products company from West Monroe, Louisiana. I was fortunate enough to receive three of their products to review.
Tracy Carter is the head honcho at JAC’s. He named the company after his son. I like Tracy’s approach ( Tracy is a dude, by the way). He’s out [...]

Passow Feels the Heat of Blair’s Jersey Death!

“Ingredients: Red habanero pods, cayenne chilies, white vinegar, natural pepper flavor (contains soybean oil), tomato puree, pirri-pirri chilies, pumpkin seed, lime juice, salt, spices…”
This one is H-O-T! I’m very accustomed to eating scorching hot peppers, but this sauce caught me off guard. After installing the cool Blair Skull onto my keychain (they give you a [...]

Review: Wings ‘n Things sauce

We received a very nice email from Angela Eakins, of Hackers BossSauce, LLC from Muncie, IN about reviewing their Wings ‘n Things sauce. From [...]
