Ingredients: Hot Peppers, 5% Vinegar, Sugar, Stabilizer (clear gel), Ginger, Pimento, Cinnamon, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder.

A few months ago, one of my roommates went to Jamaica. Seeing how low the prices of things were, she picked me up some hot sauces one of which was Baronhall Farms Jamaican Hell Hot Pepper Concentrate.

The label states, “Warning! Parental Guidance Advised! This sauce is not radioactive, but could be”. I found the “but could be” a little bit unnerving, but quickly got over the feeling when I remembered that I’ve eaten worse things than peppers grown in radioactive soil (ie: bubble gum from a package of DC comic cards that was 25 years old…).

The heat really hits you with the first taste. It is a nice burn that dies down quickly but leaves a heat trail behind. After the heat dies you get a very nice sweet taste. The vinegar compliments the pepper taste and I used this product exclusively on tacos and burritos. I highly recommend that you grab a 5 ounce bottle of this one!

Taste: 9, Heat: 7ish
