		<description>I have tried to avoid listing numbers for heat especially, because that's so subjective.  One person's "6/10" might be another's "8.8/10."  I usually try to stick to the basics of mild, medium, hot, and scorching...but if we get to doing more individual reviews, we may have to start being a little more quantitative.  Will work on that!  - Joe</description>
