While we have been more into trying new hot sauces and other spicy products rather than collecting new bottles, I thought it would be nice to post some pics of a few of the recent collectibles that have been added to our collection and now reside in the Hot Sauce Shrine. Here are some pics:

Courtesy of Scotty B, these signed bottles have now taken up residence with our other signed bottles that we’ve gotten from doing our Featured Product cybercolumn. The Incredibly Ridiculous isn’t even for sale nowadays, so that one’s definitely one we treasure now.

The Jersey Death was really the only bottle of Balir’s regular stable of sauces that we didn’t have…but now we do. It’s hot enough that we have suitable other alternatives to use that are open now, so we’ll wait for a duplicate before cracking this one open. The Sweet Death is initialed by Blair himself and was a bonus for ordering the Vintage Collection. We already had a bottle of the Sweet Death, so we might have to give that one a try now.

I won’t say how I acquired this one, but I feel privileged to own a bottle of this Reserve since so few were made. I’ve never been one to quibble over the bottle number, so #51 is as good as any other. The drizzled wax on this bottle looks outstanding.

A frontal view of my Vintage Collection from Blair. The bottles have a great retro sorta look with that signature Blair skull keychain attached.

Here you can see the sides showing the signature and numbers for the bottles. Although I’m not a numbers guy, it’s pretty cool to have a #4/99 of any collectible, especially ones as cool as these.

Awaiting the Firecracker 500 sometime in June, plus others as well. Approaching the 400 bottle mark, although at a bit of a slower rate than it used to go. That’s what happens as the amount of bottles start pushing the limits of the display area…LOL!
