Now this article about chicken wings made us want to do a little road trip to Delaware! The author ponders this thought:

Would I turn into a Buffalo wing if I ate enough of them? I’m here to tell you that ain’t nothing but a chicken wing on a string.

There’s a few reviews/descriptions of some wing eateries worth visiting, although she does mention the bane of our chicken wing existence…Buffalo Wild Wings. In the end, follow the advice of the intro line, which says:

Is that pure habanero powder? The grocery stores here sell it in bulk for about $35 a pound…which breaks down to about 2 bucks an ounce.

That looks good. I would mix it in with the meat along with chopped fresh garlic, fresh jalapenos, onions and maybe some wostershire sauce and perhaps an egg to keep ‘em from falling apart on the grill.

It’s actually more than just habanero powder. More like a spice mix with hab being the most dominant ingredient.

That’s it! I’m flying to Texas and having dinner at Chuk’s house.
