For the first time since the 2001 Fiery Foods Show in Albuquerque, NM, we will be taking our blog on the road and heading to a industry trade show. If you don’t know what ZestFest is, here’s a quote from the ZestFest 2006 website:

We don’t get to take as many trips as we would like, and it’s been 6+ years since we have made a trip to Texas. Maybe we’ll get to meet up with so many of our favorite people from the world of hot & spicy fare. Woot!
