We’ve updated a few of the pics with our new snazzy digital camera. Thanks to Chris Tevis from Perfectly Pickled for offering a great deal on the lucite display racks. The daunting part of our collection is that we simply don’t have enough space to display them all. Roughly 60% of our 380+ sauces are on display, with the rest still in boxes that can be swapped in or out as desired. The ones pictured do not include the 2-3 dozen that we have open for use at any given time and are kept in the kitchen cupboard and/or fridge. Yes, we love our hot sauces.

Subject: Display Racks
I absolutely agree, Chris did a great job developing the cases. They add a great deal of glitz & glamor to the collection. The only problem I have is trying to take photos of it. Even with the blinds closed, the light from the window on the opposing wall reflects into it. I’ve tried every angle imaginable. Not only can I see the entire room, if I open the blinds, I can see the backyard…LOL!

[…] There are so many great pictures of hot sauce collections today on the internet, some of which you can find over on the HSB and on Blair’s Extremefood.com website. You can even see ours HERE to see how we display ours. The question we want to ask is how do YOU out there display all your hot sauces? Once you fill up the fridge, what next? […]

nice collection, but do they all stay sealed or is that just the holding tank before they make it to the fridge? Seems an aweful waste to never eat them all up!

Craig,

Well, they all don’t stay sealed…but many of them do. In the last few years of collecting, we generally try to get 2 bottles of a given sauce when possible. This way we have one to try (residing in the holding tank) and one to join the growing throng of bottles in our collection. We have 3 dozen+ bottles open at any given time…and they have infiltrated our fridge, cupboards, top of the stove, etc.
