[...] For a chilehead, even the simple gastronomic pleasure of spicy chicken wings can be hard to find a good level of satisfaction. Now we’ve written about past frustrations with our local BW3 chain, but the recent TV onslaught of commercials about some new wing sauces gave us hope that we might try again…but just that we would make the wings ourselves and take their questionable preparation out of the equation. What follows is our experience using our spiffy new home deep-fryer… [...]

Now, i am in 100% agreement on this one. My passion, besides the love of my life (my wife of course) is good Hot Wings. There are some i love better than others. My personal favorite is a place in Greensboro, NC, believe it or not, Buffalo's Bar and Grill. I can eat the heck out of their Hot Cuban wings, a recipe dreamed up by one of their employees. And no, no excuse is needed to partake in a wing fest. It's thursday, let's eat wings, a similar feeling i share with my other passion, Bass Fishing. Now, if one could find a way to combine thse two, i suspect one would be in Heaven. Now, i will offer a brief commercial (i know tacky as heck). You might want to visit our website and try what i feel are some of the best wing sauces made, Nate Dog's Killer Wing Sauce. My favorite here are the Kickin. Check us out at All Spiced Up! Our link is over on the left. Here is the url in case you are intersted. http://www.allspicedup.biz.
